otter & feijoa

A fight without a winner, without meaning, outcome, or gain. It has no beginning, no reason, and no end. The aim of such a fight is the fight itself, as a spectacular process. Through contact practice, effort, agility, responsiveness, and improvisation in dance performance, unexpected interactions, connections, and power relations are put into question. Sometimes a fight has no meaning at all — just like the encounter between a desman and a feijoa.
