The performance fractional step is a reflection and a question: what does it mean to be Russian now and what kind of Russian should I be? How can Russian dance and music manifest themselves now? Can this heritage be relevant, contemporary, or appropriate? Can this legacy keep expressing what it expressed before? What do I feel when I perform these movements during a disaster?
